> OUT OF STATE/COUNTRY SERVICES With technology and the growing acceptance of e-filing, I am able to file documents electronically which saves time and money. Often, many cases may be settled without a court appearance and necessity of travel. If an appearance is necessary, I will travel as it is better to have an attorney you are comfortable with and which convenient to you rather than having you find another attorney in an unfamiliar area. Often only an attorney appearance is required rather than have you travel out of state or out of country to make an appearance. Many of my clients are out of state and out of country allowing for phone and e-mail communication. If there is some connection to Texas, whether it
is where you reside or where an action occurred, I can represent
you. For example if you had a car collision while on vacation
out of state and returned to Texas, I can represent your insurance
and personal injury claims. Or, if you are in the military residing
in Texas but deployed to Iraq, I can represent you in any claim
